60% Kentucky Bluegrass
40% Annual Ryegrass

Disease resistant and heat tolerant. Proper ground preparation will give the best results. Will germinate in approx. 10-28 days when soil temp is ideal. Do not allow the seed to dry out during germination. Heat and cold tolerant.

Seeding Rates
Bare Ground: 3-5 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin Lawns: 1-2 pounds per 1,000 sqft
For best results, wait to seed until last chance of frost has passed.
