90% of our landscape problems are caused directly by water. Did you know your roof is likely shedding at least 10,000 gallons annually, even in a dry year? Join Billy, our Nursery Manager, in exploring how water moves through our landscape. Learn how to build swales, tend the soil, and reconnect natural systems to grow a more resilient garden. Included is a brief primer on irrigation systems. We'll unpack the basic tenets of xeriscaping, ecosystem restoration, permaculture design philosophy, and other heady principles to get to the heart of the matter: What can you do to improve the way water moves through soil?
